Creditors and claimants and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates), in respect of the estate of eileen van wees, late of 78-84 kimberley street, west leederville, western australia, who died on or about 12 november 2018, are required by the executor, gregory john van wees, to send to solicitors for the executor, templar legal pty ltd, po box 8243, subiaco wa 6008, particulars of such claims within 30 days of publication of this notice. After such date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
