The council of the City of Busselton resolved on 13 December 2023 to make the following local law under the Dog Act 1976 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the City of Busselton Dogs Local Law 2023. The City of Busselton Dogs Local Law 2014 is repealed. This local law comes into operation on the 14th day after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
