Amends the criminal investigation (covert powers) regulations 2013.

These regulations are the criminal investigation (covert powers) amendment regulations 2018. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, the rest on the day after. These regulations amend the criminal investigation (covert powers) regulations 2013. Regulation 6(2) is amended to replace “executive director, regional services” with “executive director responsible for compliance”.
