Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Ronald Leslie Flematti, who died on 20 September 2025, are required to send particulars of their claims to the Executors, care of RSM Australia, within one month of the date of publication of this notice. After this date, the Executors may convey or distribute assets having regard only to claims of which notice has been given.
