Given by the board for the purposes of section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981. Notice is given that on 12 January 2021, the governor, acting under section 168 of the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981 and with the advice and consent of executive council ordered the exemptions granted to the organisations be revoked. These revocations ensure the organisations are no longer part of healius ltd’s exempt employer approval.
