ZZ410 TRUSTEES ACT 1962 DECEASED ESTATES Notice to Creditors and Claimants Kay McKnight, late of [contact details redacted] Western Australia, Retired Supervisor, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 30th day of January 2026, are required by the Executor and Trustee, being Mr Wayne Arthur McKnight, of care of Mort & Associates, [contact details redacted] their claims to him at Mort & Associates of [contact details redacted] one month following the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Executor and Trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
