Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased, who died on 13/08/2025 are required by the administrator, Gareth Peter Coxon, care of Lewis Kitson Lawyers, level 1, 43 kishorn road, applecross, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of this publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which he then has notice.
