CZ401 ARTS AND CULTURE TRUST ACT 2021 DECLARATION OF ARTS AND CULTURE TRUST VENUE I, Simone McGurk MLA, Minister for Creative Industries, declare in accordance with section 4 of the Arts and Culture Trust Act 2021, that the Art Gallery of Western Australia Rooftop, located within the Perth Cultural Centre in Perth, Western Australia, is a place used, or intended to be used, wholly or partly for cultural or artistic purposes.
