Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Michael Daniel Arthur Van Der Waarden, late of 3 Galvin Heights, Clarkson, Western Australia who died on 12 May 2023 are required by the Trustees of this estate, Marcel Van Der Waarden & Andrew Van Der Waarden c/- Willpower Legal, Suite 5, 64 Canning Highway, Victoria Park WA 6100 to send particulars of their claims to the Trustees within one month from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Trustees may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which the Trustees then has notice.
