Creditors or other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 1 march 2021, are required by executors, being janis caryl van stekelenburg and berthus johan van stekelenburg, to send particulars of their claims to 99 hickman road, mandurah, wa, within one (1) month of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
