I, Jackie Jarvis, being the Minister responsible for the administration of the Soil and Land Conservation Act 1945, give notice that the soil conservation service charge described in the Schedule to this Notice be imposed in the Katanning Land Conservation District (LCDC) for three years commencing 1 July 2024 and ending 30 June 2027. The service charge will be collected by the Shire of Katanning and paid to the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development for allocation to the Katanning LCDC.
