I, kirsty martin, being delegated by the minister of the crown to whom the administration of the local government act 1995 is committed by the governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28 (1) of that act, hereby, and with effect from 14 july 2022, determined that the method of valuation to be used by the shire of esperance as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the schedule is to be the gross rental value of the land.

Requires landowners and occupiers within the Shire of Esperance to clear firebreaks or take other measures by October 9, 2026, and maintain them until March 31, 2027.
Amends the Shire of Esperance Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2025 by updating definitions and prescribed offences.
Enacts the Shire of Esperance Health Amendment Local Law 2026.
Authorises general retail shops in Esperance to open during otherwise closed hours.
