The council of the Shire of Mundaring resolved on 14 November 2017 to make the following local law under the Dog Act 1976 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law is the Shire of Mundaring Dogs Local Law 2017 and comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette. It repeals the Shire of Mundaring Dogs Local Law published in the Government Gazette of 16 June 2004 and amended by the Dog Amendment Local Law 2004 published in the Government Gazette of 18 February 2005.
