These regulations are the Local Government (Regional Subsidiaries) Amendment Regulations 2017. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day of gazettal, and the rest on the day after. These regulations amend the Local Government (Regional Subsidiaries) Regulations 2017. Regulation 8 is amended regarding leasing, purchase or sale of land interests for regional subsidiaries.
