Order made by the Governor in Executive Council designating the Honourable Mark McGowan MLA, Premier of the State, as the Minister of the State for the purposes of section 154(3) and 154(4) of the Supreme Court Act 1935. The order delegates powers, functions, or duties in respect of the Family Court of Western Australia, or judicial officers of that Court, to the Honourable Mark McGowan MLA, Premier of the State. The order expires after 12 months unless sooner revoked.
