Notice is hereby given that prospecting licences P 77/4608 and P 77/4609 are liable to forfeiture under section 96(1)(a) of the Mining Act 1978 for breach of covenant, specifically failure to comply with prescribed reporting provisions. The application will be heard by Warden Davies.
