Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 october 2017, are required by the personal representative, linda crumlin to send particulars of their claims to the personal representative care of mds legal of 2nd floor, [contact details redacted] (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she has notice and the personal representative will not be liable to any person of whose claim she has had no notice at the time of distribution.
