The Minister for Planning has granted approval to the declaration of a Planning Control Area on Breakwater Drive between Mitchell Freeway Reserve and Damepattie Drive. The purpose is to allow the possible future reservation of the lands for regional road purposes. The declaration remains in effect for five years from the date of publication or until revoked by the WAPC with approval by the Minister. A person shall not commence development without prior approval of the WAPC.
