Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 14 march 2020, are required to send particulars of their claims within one month of publication date, to the executor, william vegvari, [contact details redacted] executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
