Pursuant to section 15u of the prisons act 1981, i hereby revoke the following permits— surname other name(s) permit no. buckley kellie maree pa 0883 cuggy nicole barbara pa 0820 cummings jo beth kgaogelo pa 0605 hahn claudia pa 0884.
