Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 19 february 2025, are required by emily tessa nixon, the administrator of the estate of the deceased (and the lawful attorney appointed under a deed of power of attorney dated 27 february 2025 of wendy lee walsh, who is entitled in distribution) care of bespoke wills and estates, suite 6, 14 main street, osborne park, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to her within one (1) month of the publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
