The council of the Town of Port Hedland resolved on 23 March 2022 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Town of Port Hedland Public Places and Local Government Property Amendment Local Law 2022. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law amends the Town of Port Hedland Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2016.
