Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 september 2019, are required by the executor, marea jean saggers to send particulars of their claims to her at [contact details redacted] 6069 within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
