In the estate of Campbell John Ross late of Murdoch Community Hospice, Murdoch Drive, Murdoch, in the State of Western Australia, Lecturer, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 May 2009, are required by the executor, HFM Legal Pty Ltd, c/- HFM Legal, PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989, to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal of PO Box 1, Maddington WA 6989 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
