Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 3 november 2022 are required by the executrix of the deceased, lek czerniawsky, c/- vcd lawyers, suite 102, level 1, 185 elizabeth street, sydney nsw 2000, email: [email protected], to send particulars of their claims to her within 1 month of the date of the publication hereof after which date the executrix may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
