Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Augusta Margaret River resolved on 27 February 2019 to make the following local law: Shire of Augusta Margaret River Erosion and Sediment Control Local Law 2019. This Local Law will come into operation 14 days after the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The provisions of this local law apply throughout the whole of the district.
