North metropolitan health service is declared to be the successor health service provider for the former public hospitals set out in schedule 1 division 1 in relation to the recovery of compensable charges for former hospital services under part 6 of the health services act 2016. South metropolitan health service is declared to be the successor health service provider for the former public hospitals set out in schedule 1 division 2. East metropolitan health service is declared to be the successor health service provider for the former public hospitals set out in schedule 1 division 3. Wa country health service is declared to be the successor health service provider for the former public hospitals set out in schedule 1 division 4. Child and adolescent health service is declared to be the successor health service provider for the former public hospitals set out in schedule 1 division 5. Pathwest laboratory medicine wa is declared to be the successor health service provider for public pathology services provided at, by or on behalf of the former public hospitals set out in schedule 1.
