Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of David Arthur Rickards, late of apartment 2, 164 Baden Street, Joondanna in the said state, who died on 13 March 2015, are required by the trustee, Paul Leslie Hesford of 21 Parry Street, Fremantle in the said state to send particulars of their claims to him by 9 May 2018, after which the date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
