Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of David Arthur Rickards, late of apartment 2, [contact details redacted] state, who died on 13 March 2015, are required by the trustee, Paul Leslie Hesford of [contact details redacted] state to send particulars of their claims to him by 9 May 2018, after which the date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
