Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Mario Gabriele Erminio D’Ercole, late of [contact details redacted] 6021, who died on 15 June 2026, are required by the joint Executors, Tania D’Ercole and David D’Ercole, to send particulars of their claim to the Executors within one month of the date of publication of this notice. After this date, the Executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
