These regulations amend the Commercial Tenancies (COVID-19 Response) Regulations 2020. They prescribe circumstances related to insolvent tenants and eligible tenants under small commercial leases, modifying the application of sections 11 and 12 of the Act. The end of the emergency period is prescribed as 28 March 2021.
