Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 9th day of July 2021, are required by the executor and trustee, being Mr Keith Arnold, of c/- Mort & Associates, [contact details redacted] their claims to him at Mort & Associates of [contact details redacted] one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor and trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which he then has notice.
