In the matter of the estate of Charles Joseph Carrier late formerly of [contact details redacted] of Western Australia. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on 12 July 2016 are required by the administrator Patricia Ann Stewart to send particulars of their claims to [contact details redacted] 1 month of publication of this notice after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
