Attorney General Regulations Amendment (Veterinary Practice) Regulations 2022 made by the Governor in Executive Council. Part 1 deals with preliminary matters including citation and commencement. Part 2 amends the Freedom of Information Regulations 1993, deleting the item relating to the Veterinary Surgeons Board and inserting Veterinary Practice Board of Western Australia opposite Department of Agriculture and Food. Part 3 amends the State Administrative Tribunal Regulations 2004, replacing Veterinary Surgeons Act 1960 with Veterinary Practice Act 2021.
