Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased who died 17.04.2022 are required by the executors of the estate, being valerie sylvia eivers, and carl william eivers, address 14 moonbrook way, meadow springs, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to them by the date 1 month following publication of this notice. After which date the executors may convey or distribute assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
