Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 july 2017, are required by the personal representative to send particulars of their claims to him/her care of amanda liston legal, 169/[contact details redacted] 6000 by 23 february 2018, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which he/she then has notice.
