It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the shire of kalamunda local planning scheme no. 3 on 8 december 2025 for the purpose of— (a) rezoning lots within the eight structure plans identified from ‘urban development’ to the designated zoning as depicted on the structure plan. (b) reclassify land within the eight structure plans identified above from ‘urban development’ to ‘local open space’ and “local road’.
