Under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996, the Minister for Education and Training varies a prescribed vocational education and training qualification (CPC20211—Certificate II in Construction Pathways to CPC20220—Certificate II in Construction Pathways) and reclassifies another (ACM30317—Certificate III in Captive Animals) to Class C and removes the associated traineeship.
