Made by the minister under section 340b of the health (miscellaneous provisions) act 1911. This instrument may be cited as the maternal mortality committee appointment of members instrument 2019 (no. 1). The appointment of dr dale michelle pugh as a member to the maternal mortality committee under section 340b(2)(d) of the health (miscellaneous provisions) act 1911 is approved for a term of three years commencing on 2 december 2019. Mrs samantha davies as a member to the maternal mortality committee under section 340b(2)(d) of the health (miscellaneous provisions) act 1911 is approved for a term of three years commencing on 2 december 2019. Remuneration: nil.
