Creates the Mirning Marine Park and classifies it as a Class A reserve. The area described in Deposited Plan No. 429292 is reserved as a marine park, to be known as the Mirning Marine Park, and classified as Class A. A copy of Deposited Plan No. 429292 may be inspected at the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions offices in Esperance, Albany, and Kensington.
