These regulations are the legislation regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 july 2023. They prescribe subsidiary legislation that must be published as originally made and with amendments incorporated, other laws that must be published, and other prescribed material that may be published on the wa legislation website. The regulations also specify the format and indications for official electronic and hard copy versions of laws and material.
