Notice issued under the Liquor Control Act 1988 sections 31(6) and (7) by the Director of Liquor Licensing. This notice is the Liquor Control (Section 31) (Kimberley) Notice 2020 and comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Gazette. It applies to relevant licences in the Kimberley region and imposes additional conditions applicable to licences regarding the sale of packaged liquor.
