Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of steven christopher kolb, late of 1071 aldersyde-pingelly road, pingelly, western australia, who died on 5 december 2018, are required by the executor, peter roland mueller, 264 grove road, lesmurdie wa 6076 to send particulars of such claims to the aforementioned executor within 30 days of publication of this notice. After such date, the executor may convey or distribute the assets of the estate having regard only to the claims of which the executor then has notice.
