In the estate of Pak Onn Tham who died on 20 April 2015, late of [contact details redacted] 389520, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the Executor of the deceased’s estate being Raymond Tham Kon Weng, care of Spyker Legal, Suite 1/[contact details redacted] their claim to him no later than 5 September 2022, after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
