Sami ziya osman late of 4-10 hayman road, bentley, western australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 5 july 2022, are required by the executors isky keziban osman and sally wojnar-horton to send particulars of their claims to sally wojnar-horton of 16 brassey street, swanbourne, western australia 6010 within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
