I, Joe Francis, Minister for Fisheries, Western Australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the Fish Resources Management Act 1994 that I have granted an aquaculture lease to Pan Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 008 985 537 at Nanga, Shark Bay, for a term of approximately 20 years. Details of the lease are available from the register maintained at the Department of Fisheries, Perth.
