Marjorie Jean Olsson, late of Frank Prendergast House, 27 Pearson Drive, Success, WA, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 19th February 2021, are required by the trustees Mses Helen Olsson and Kerry Olsson, to send particulars of their claim to Ms Helen Olsson, 12 Exley Close, Kardinya, WA, 6163, by the 9th day of November 2021, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
