Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 12/11/2025 are required by the executor care of Lewis Kitson Lawyers of Level 1, [contact details redacted] their claims to them within one (1) month of the date of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which they then have notice.
