Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 25th may 2017 are required by the personal representative, Robert John Clarke of 45 yovanche road, catterick wa 6255, to send particulars of their claims to him by the date that is one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
