Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 15 june 2018, are required by the trustees of the late william kevin burrows, c/- mountains lawyers, po box 5379, rockingham beach wa 6969 to send particulars of their claims to the trustees within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustees may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the trustees then have notice.
