Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 13 february 2017, are required by the administrator and trustee, being john edward baker to send particulars of their claim to his solicitors chris garvey lawyer, po box 7038, eaton wa 6232 by the date being one month following the publication of this notice after which date the administrator and trustee may convey or distribute assets having regard only to claims of which he has notice.
